Join Us in Celebrating "The Spirit of 76"

When Americans fought for independence in 1776, many dedicated their lives and fortunes to see their hopes and dreams for the future become a reality. They came to embody what many refer to as the “Spirit of 76.” As America prepares to celebrate its 250 birthday in 2026, the Rotary Club of Hopkinsville will be holding our 76th annual Rotary Auction on April 20-25, 2026, at the War Memorial Building in downtown Hopkinsville. Your support helps the youth of our community see their hopes and dreams become a reality!

GOAT CLUB: 75 years ago, the Rotary Club of Hopkinsville embarked on its first auction. At the first auction, Herman Reese donated a goat to be auctioned off. The goat was purchased by Mrs. Mamie Gates who then donated it back to be sold again. This happened many times in that first year, and it has continued to be a part of our club's history. You too can join the Goat Club with any gift under $195!
