One college tuition hour equals $189.

See how your donation impacts our community!
As we begin another year, we would like to take this opportunity to say “Thank You” for any way you have supported the Hopkinsville Rotary Auction, whether it has been hour club donations, bidding on auction items, sponsorships, or eating at our diner. This year we are excited to celebrate and have been hard at work planning for our milestone, 75th Rotary Auction, “FINANCING OUR FUTURE” which will take place April 21-26, 2025 at the War Memorial Building in downtown Hopkinsville
Thanks to this community’s generosity, last year the Rotary Club of Hopkinsville was able to continue to support our youth in many impactful ways, including:
- Funding tuition-free education at HCC for over 1,700 students since 2012 through the Rotary Scholars program.
- Implementing the Rotary Impact program, which creates a talent pipeline for high demand career fields such as Teaching, Healthcare, and Agriculture.
- Making future commitments for our youth through these programs of over $2.3 million.
- Awarding $95,000 in grants to many local organizations serving youth in 2024 through the Hopkinsville Rotary Foundation, including: $25,000 for STEM education and $10,000 for Art Programs to schools in Christian County, $20,000 for the FabLab at the Boys & Girls Club, $11,000 to Hopkinsville Fire Department’s portable smokehouse for safety training at schools, $9,000 to 4-H for Youth Agriculture Programming, and many others.
As we embark on this milestone 75th Rotary Auction we are thankful for our community’s support as we continuously look to the future for ways to better the lives of the youth of this community. In support of all these initiatives, would you consider helping us to continue “FINANCING OUR FUTURE” by making an Hour Club pledge?
Each Hour Club gift of $189 will cover the cost of one credit hour of tuition at HCC for a deserving local student. All donations are tax deductible as part of the Hopkinsville Rotary Charitable Trust, a 501(c)3 corporation.
Your thoughtful consideration in supporting our cause is sincerely appreciated.
